Picked by hand, these small yellow flowers are a right pain in the fingers to harvest! However, once steeped in cocoa butter, the flowers impart their warm coconut scent into our milk chocolate.

Ingredients: Cocoa beans, unrefined sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter infused with wild gorse flower petals.
