Delivery
ORDERS CURRENTLY BEING DISPATCHED WITHIN 1-2 WORKING DAYS.
Next day delivery within the UK is free for all orders over £100.
On all other UK orders next day shipping is £5, orders placed before 5pm will be posted the following working day although this is not guaranteed. Goods are aimed to be dispatched within 1-3 working days from receipt of your order.
All post is sent next day delivery via DPD. They aim to always delivery next working day however this is not always guaranteed. Please note deliveries will not be made on weekends and we do not post out on weekends.
If you would like guaranteed next day delivery please drop us an email on hello@thestivesco.co.uk and we will try our best to assist you.
Large items are sent by courier. Everything else will be sent via DPD. For international deliveries please contact hello@thestivesco.co.uk. Please note custom duties are responsibility of customer.
Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your parcel is delivered to the right address.
Every effort is made to keep stock levels updated. Should an item sell out before levels are updated, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise of the delay.
If you have an urgent request, please get in touch and we may be able to offer an express service.
Returns
We hope you are completely happy with your St. Ives Co purchase however if you aren't satisfied, please contact us on hello@thestivesco.co.uk.
If you are unhappy with your item for any reason please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund. Item must be returned unused in original packaging. Please note you will be liable for return postage. Refund will be issued when items have been received and inspected. Please send items either tracked or with proof of postage, items can only be refunded when we have received them.
If there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition, unused with all the original labels, packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach us in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected. Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Gift Notes
We never include any prices or invoices with orders making them perfect to send directly to the recipient. If you would like a hand written note in your order, please add a greeting card to your basket and include in 'notes' at check out what you would like written it, e.g 'Hi please could you write in the greeting card, 'Dear Grandma, thank you for having me over last weekend xxx'.
Alternatively, any other 'note' added at check out will be printed on the packing slip and inserted in the parcel. Please be aware that the 'note' will appear exactly on packing slip as written.
