PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE CURRENTLY POSTING OUT ORDERS ON TUESDAY, THURSDAY & FRIDAY. PLEASE DO CONTACT US IF YOU NEED ANY FURTHER INFORMATION.
Standard delivery within the UK is free for all orders over £100.
On all other UK orders standard shipping is £5, orders placed before 5pm will be posted the following postage day day. (See above for postage days)
Next day delivery is £10 (Orders will be shipped same day if ordered before 11am).
We send our standard post tracked and signed, regular shipment time is 2-3 working days. Next day delivery is also sent tracked and signed first class, Royal Mail aims for the next working day however this is not always guaranteed.
If you would like guaranteed next day delivery please drop us an email on email@example.com and we will try our best to assist you.
Large items/orders are sent by courier. Everything else will be sent via Royal Mail.
Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your parcel is delivered to the right address.
Goods are aimed to be dispatched within 1-3 working days from receipt of your order on standard delivery. Next day delivery will be dispatched the same day if ordered before 11am or next day if ordered after.
Every effort is made to keep stock levels updated. Should an item sell out before levels are updated, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise of the delay.
If you have an urgent request, please get in touch and we may be able to offer an express service.

Items cannot be returned unless faulty. However you are able to exchange the item if you come in to store, exchanges will need to be made within 14 days.
If there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition, unused with all the original labels, packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach us in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected. Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense. This does not affect your statutory rights.
