Delivery & Returns
ORDERS CURRENTLY BEING DISPATCHED WITHIN 1-2 WORKING DAYS.
Next day delivery within the UK is free for all orders over £100.
On all other UK orders next day shipping is £5, orders placed before 5pm will be posted the following postage day although this is not guaranteed. Goods are aimed to be dispatched within 1-3 working days from receipt of your order.
All post is sent next day delivery via DPD. They aim to always delivery next working day however this is not always guaranteed.
If you would like guaranteed next day delivery please drop us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to assist you.
Large items plus international are sent by courier. Everything else will be sent via DPD. Custom duties are responsibility of the buyer.
Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your parcel is delivered to the right address.
Every effort is made to keep stock levels updated. Should an item sell out before levels are updated, you will be contacted as soon as possible to advise of the delay.
If you have an urgent request, please get in touch and we may be able to offer an express service.

If you are unhappy with your item for any reason please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund. Item must be returned unused in original packaging. Please note you will be liable for return postage. Refund will be issued when items have been received and inspected. Please send items either tracked or with proof of postage, items can only be refunded when we have received them.
Items can also be exchanged, this needs to be done with 14 days of receiving items and again you will be liable for postage.
If there is a fault with the product, it needs to be returned for inspection in its original condition, unused with all the original labels, packaging and proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt. If the goods do not reach us in this condition then your right to a full refund may be affected. Postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty, otherwise the cost of returning the goods will be at your own expense.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
