Created by local chef Table for Two. This jam is bursting with the bold sweetness of vine-ripened tomatoes and the subtle heat of red chillies. Cardamom brings a warm aromatic twist. Finished with a hint of salt.

Ideal for cheese boards, sandwiches, or a spicy glaze.

Ingredients; Ripened vine tomatoes, granulated sugar, Bramley apples, red chillis, chilli flakes, salt, cardamom pods. Made in a kitchen where nuts & sesame seeds may be present.
