Our fresh Lion's Mane mushrooms are slowly dried to concentrate their rich flavour before being hand blended in small batches with Cornish sea salt.

A beautifully balanced everyday finishing salt with a subtle buttery flavour. Sprinkle over roast or mashed potatoes, popcorn, pasta or anywhere you'd usually reach for salt.
