Save this one, you’ll want to come back to it again & again!

Saturday Morning
There’s no better way to begin your weekend than with yoga at Porthmeor studios. As the early sun pours over Porthmeor beach, join Aimee for a gentle, grounding class with nothing but the sound of the waves to guide you, it’s like a re-set button for your soul.
Check out her website to check class times and days - St Ives Yoga.
Aimee happens to be a huge fan of our popular Calming Room & Pillow mist, perfect to accompany your yoga stretch or for drifting off to sleep with a magical concoction of essential oils.

Mid-Morning
After Yoga, take a scenic walk down to Bamaluz Beach, a secret little cove tucked away from the crowds (and yes, it’s dog friendly too!). And if you’re feeling brave, a refreshing sea dip is the ultimate wake-up call.
Don’t forget your 'Wet n Salty' bikini bag for your post-swim cossie!
And yes, this beloved beach inspired our Bamaluz Candle - think Sunshine, rock pools and wind-swept hair in scent form.

Time for Coffee!
Next, it’s coffee O' Clock! Head over to St Eia, nestled just around the corner from Porthmeor beach. Grab a table outside, sip something strong & delicious, you’ve earned yourself a cookie or a slice of cake (go on…) and watch the world go by.
The perfect pit stop to soak in the towns slow, happy rhythm.

Oh, now we’re talking....
Grab a pasty from The Slipway, fresh and flakey and best eaten on the Harbour wall (just watch those seagulls!)
Craving seafood? You’re in the right place. St Ives is a haven for Ocean fresh food, from juicy mussels to buttery crab.
Burger more your thing? Head to the Blas Burger or The Hub where the chips are golden, and the view is just as tasty.

Afternoon Treat
You can’t come to St Ives without having an Ice cream!
Little Palais is a little local secret, serving up scoops of indulgence in a waffle cone or try one of their amazing Ice cream sandwiches!
But a word of warning, The Seagulls here have excellent taste!
We have even designed a Tote bag dedicated to this exact dilemma, Complete with a cheeky Gull stealing a Pasty! Local legend status!

Dinner with a View
Now comes the hardest decision of the day, Where to eat?
Here are some of our top picks:
Silco - relaxed, stylish and right on the Harbour, and the food…..
Talay Thai - Amazing fresh plates full of bold zingy flavours
Ardor - Seafood heaven in an uber chic setting.
Onzo - Amazing Pizza, great wine and fabulous vibes
Porthminster Kitchen - Beachy, fresh & always fabulous
Finish off your night with a cheeky cocktail in Seven Bar for a proper spot of indulgence and a warm welcome.

Sunday Vibes
Sundays were made for beach days! If you like your Sundays salty, wild and full of energy, Porthmeor Beach is the one. It’s lifeguarded and fully equipped with everything you need for a day in and out of the sea.
Locals often refer to the differing sides of the beach as ‘West side’ and ‘The Island side` each with its own feel, West is great for catching the surf and soaking in that open horizon. While the island side feels a little more tucked in and peaceful.

Need a pick me up after your swim? Porthmeor Beach Cafe is right on the beach and perfect for coffee, cocktails, lunch or dinner with a sea breeze- and has some of the best sunset views in St Ives.
Porthminster Beach Cafe is also legendary, serving up seafood, cocktails and beach bites with your toes still in the sand. Porthminster. We are very lucky to have worked with the chefs since we opened our store and very proud to stock a range of items made in their kitchen, including their famous black spice seasoning.
